Returns Policy

After purchase your order will go into production immediately. As the product is of a bespoke nature, all items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.

You will be entitled to a refund where Products are faulty, damaged or do not otherwise conform to the Contract set out in our Terms & Conditions.
